Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Migratex Immigration Services

  • At Migratex Global Consultants Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing transparent, ethical, and professional immigration consulting services. This policy outlines the terms under which a client may be eligible for a refund, and the conditions that apply to cancellations.
  • 1. Scope of Refund
  • The total invoice amount includes Migratex service charges and applicable GST (18%). However, any approved refund will be calculated only on the service fee, excluding tax or third-party charges.
  • Government fees, embassy charges, courier, medical, language tests, third-party assessments, or any other external costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • 2. Grounds for Refund Eligibility
  • A client may be eligible for a partial refund only if:
  • • The immigration application is rejected by the concerned authorities despite complete and accurate submission.
  • • The client submits a written refund request along with:
  • A copy of the refusal letter or rejection stamp on the passport
  • Original payment receipt issued by Migratex
  • Completed Refund Request Form
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 60 working days.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • No refund will be provided in the following situations:
  • • If the visa is rejected due to:
  • Failure to attend an interview
  • Non-submission of requested documents
  • Medical unfitness
  • Police clearance issues
  • Submission of false or fraudulent documents
  • Previous immigration violations
  • Failure to achieve required IELTS/French scores
  • • If the client abandons the process or fails to communicate for 30 days or more
  • • If the client withdraws the application for personal reasons
  • • If the application is delayed or denied due to inability to show required funds
  • • If client switches to another service or country, refund will not be provided or adjusted
  • • In case of any change in immigration laws or policies that affects eligibility after signup
  • 4. Refund on Policy/Regulation Changes
  • If immigration rules change after the agreement is signed and make the client ineligible for the program applied, the client may receive a partial refund on Migratex’s service charges, provided the full payment was made. Refund will not be applicable for:
  • • Part payments or installment-based plans
  • • Payments already utilized for completed service segments
  • 5. Client Responsibilities
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
  • Submit all required documents and information within 30 days of registration.
  • Attend all required interviews and respond to Migratex communications in a timely manner.
  • Understand that processing timelines, document requirements, and interview requests are determined by immigration authorities, and not controlled by Migratex.

Failure to meet these obligations will void any refund eligibility.

  • 6. Service Termination by Migratex
  • Migratex reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the client:
  • Fails to provide documents within the stipulated time
  • Uses abusive language or attempts to defame the company
  • Remains unresponsive for over 30 days
  • Engages in fraudulent activity or submits fake documentation
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
  • 7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
  • If payment was made via card or online banking, the client agrees not to dispute the transaction or initiate a chargeback without first contacting Migratex. Disputes without valid grounds will be treated as breach of contract and pursued legally under Bangalore jurisdiction.
  • 8. Legal Jurisdiction
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
