Cancellation & Refund Policy – Migratex Immigration Services

  • The total invoice amount includes Migratex service charges and applicable GST (18%). However, any approved refund will be calculated only on the service fee, excluding tax or third-party charges.
  • Government fees, embassy charges, courier, medical, language tests, third-party assessments, or any other external costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • A copy of the refusal letter or rejection stamp on the passport
  • Original payment receipt issued by Migratex
  • Completed Refund Request Form
  • Failure to attend an interview
  • Non-submission of requested documents
  • Medical unfitness
  • Police clearance issues
  • Submission of false or fraudulent documents
  • Previous immigration violations
  • Failure to achieve required IELTS/French scores
  • Submit all required documents and information within 30 days of registration.
  • Attend all required interviews and respond to Migratex communications in a timely manner.
  • Understand that processing timelines, document requirements, and interview requests are determined by immigration authorities, and not controlled by Migratex.

Failure to meet these obligations will void any refund eligibility.

  • Fails to provide documents within the stipulated time
  • Uses abusive language or attempts to defame the company
  • Remains unresponsive for over 30 days
  • Engages in fraudulent activity or submits fake documentation
